What is Green PE?
Organethic Pure Care has chosen to use the Green PE for new product packaging, a polyethylene of renewable origin. This innovative material is obtained by processing the sugarcane.

- Reducing CO2 emissions: The production of Green PE from sugarcane ethanol helps reduce the greenhouse effect by capturing CO2 during the plant growth process. In this way, one can have, already at the stage of production of the polymer itself, an excellent value of carbon-footprint.
- Sustainability: Green PE is 100% recyclable and derived from renewable sources, making it an environmentally friendly choice for packaging.

The Green PE cycle
Green PE represents a major innovation in the field of sustainable materials, and its production cycle is designed to reduce environmental impact:

Sugar cane cultivation: sugarcane cultivation allows CO2 to be absorbed from the atmosphere through photosynthesis.

Extraction and processing: Ethanol obtained from sugarcane is converted into green ethylene.

Polymerization: green ethylene is then polymerized to produce green polyethylene, which retains the same characteristics and qualities as traditional plastics.

Impact atmbiental: For every ton of Green PE produced, 3.09 tons of CO2 is captured, contributing significantly to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
