Information provided pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 to visitors to the website of HCH S.r.l. and users of the services offered by the same, starting from the address (, with the exclusion of external links.

Data collected through this site are divided into:

  • navigation data
    This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of requested resources, and other parameters related to the http protocol and related to the user's operating system and computer environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this eventuality, at present the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.
  • Data voluntarily provided by the user
    The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
  • Cookies
    A cookie is a text file that is stored on computers, tablets, cell phones and any device used to browse the Internet, which can store the user's browsing information and preferences. Some cookies may be used to make navigation easier and to personalize the user's experience on the platform by identifying the user when using it. Some cookies may indicate which sections of the site are visited most, helping the site operator to understand the level of communication effectiveness of individual pages.

    Session (or temporary) cookies: they expire or are deleted when the browser is closed, while persistent cookies have longer expirations (from a few minutes to whole months) depending on the functions they perform.     _ga: Google Analytics uses this cookie to calculate visitor, session, and campaign data and to track site usage for site analytics reporting. The cookie stores information anonymously and assigns a randomly generated number to recognize unique visitors. Duration: 1 year 1 month 4 days.

    Managing cookies through browser settings.

    Web browsers allow users to uniformly manage cookie settings (you can find these settings in the "options" or "preferences" menu of your browser).

Except for automatically collected data (browsing data), the provision of other information through prepared forms or email is free and spontaneous and failure to send it may only result in failure to fulfill any requests.

The place of data storage is the Server of the provider hosting the site ( for navigation data only, the processors at the headquarters of HCH S.rl. for other communications, with the exception of cookies that are stored in your computers.

This site uses Google Analytics: analytics cookies are considered technical if they are used only for optimization purposes and if users' IPs are kept anonymous. We inform the user that this site uses the free Google Analytics service. We remind you that the data is used only to get the data of the most visited pages, number of visitors, aggregated data of visits by operating system, by browser, etc. These parameters are stored in Google's servers, which regulates their Privacy according to these guidelines.

  1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and its communication in an intelligible form


  1. The data subject has the right to obtain the indication:
    a. The origin of personal data;
    b. of the purposes and methods of processing;
    c. the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
    d. of the identification details of the owner, managers and designated representative in accordance with Article 5, paragraph 2;
    e. of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, as managers or appointees.


  1. The data subject has the right to obtain:
    a. updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
    b. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
    c. certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of means compared to the protected right.


  1. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
    a. for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if relevant to the purpose of collection;
    b. to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
